Skinless shrimps

Phosphorus water-retaining agent and non-phosphorus water-retaining agent used for skinless sea shrimps, skinless prawns, skinless lobsters, phoenix-tailed lobsters and other freshwater shrimps; wherein, the non-phosphorus water-retaining agent for skinless prawns is characterized by good taste and high hardness. 

Usage: Mix and soak in 4% aqueous solution for about 12 h in total, by keeping the water temperature around 5℃ in the whole process.

Fresh shrimps

Anti-staling agents that can prevent browning and extend the shelf life of shrimps.

Usage:Soak in 1% aqueous solution for 3 min ,and then fish out shrimps for chilled or frozen storage.

Usage: Soak in 3% aqueous solution for 12 h, by keeping the water temperature around 5℃ in the whole process.

Back split fish

Water-retaining agent and seasoning for back split longsnout catfish, back split sea bass, back split grass carp and other freshwater fish;

Usage: Roll and rub in 3% aqueous solution for half an hour, and then soak for 12–24 h, by keeping the water temperature around 5℃ in the whole process.

Bullfrog

Water-regaining agent and thickener for bullfrog chunks and whole bullfrogs, we can provide complete processing technology solutions;

The water-retention rate of the whole bullfrog can be up to about 20%, that of frozen seasoned bullfrog chunks can be up to 60%, and that of fresh seasoned bullfrog chunks can be up to 40%. The taste is good!

Fillets: Water-retaining agent, thickener and application solutions for snakehead fillet, basa fillet, longsnout catfish fillet, bass fillet and other freshwater fillet;

Usage: Soak, roll and rub in 2.5% aqueous solution, realizing the high water-retention rate and high ripening rate.
